How the information will be set out.<

The organisation of information published on the World Wide Web is very important. Different people will want different information and so the content of the site needs to be divided into separate sections, depending on the amount of information, each section may need to be sub-divided. How ever you organise sections of information, each section should have a title that summarises its contents clearly, using cryptic titles will often put viewers off entering that section as they will be unsure of what they will find.

How the information needs to be read is important too. There are certain types of information that need to be read from start to finish, instructions to do something for example. Visitors would need to be guided through the pages that contained such information so it is read from start to finish. The order of information is significant for items listed in other logical sequences such as chronological or alphabetical order, but these may not have to be read from start to finish.

The better organised the information is, the easier it will be to read and navigate. A majority of people using the Internet want to find a particular piece of information, so a well organised, structured, Web Site will result with happier visitors.
