Why do people send out such chain letters? I think that it is a horribly cruel thing to do. Just imagine if some of the people who receive such chain letters are in the same circumstances, or who have lost someone to, in this case cancer. How would they feel after sending eMails to the people they know and to the companies involved thinking that they were helping only to find out they have be swindled and are part of a global con.

If you do receive a chain letter, no matter how genuine it seems, do a little research before sending it on to others or following its instructions (it doesn't take long). Don't forget to let the person who sent it to you know what you have found. Send me details too and I might publish your findings here.

I hope you'll agree, chain letters are often time wasting and compassionless, help make people aware of the good and the bad and maybe their creators will give up trying to upset people.
